Twisters.us shows historical tornado records from NOAA and risk ratings from FEMA. It is not a forecast and not a warning service. For warnings, follow the National Weather Service, NOAA Weather Radio and your local officials.
Accuracy
The records are copied from the official files and checked, but old reports can contain errors in paths, dates and ratings. We give the information as it is, without a promise that it is complete.
Using our maps
You are welcome to link to any page and to quote a few figures with a credit to Twisters.us. Please do not republish whole pages or copy the site in bulk.
Fair use of the site
No scraping at scale, no spam and no attempts to break in.
